By booking an appointment or using the MyPhysioPoint platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MyPhysioPoint provides an online platform to book physiotherapy appointments — in clinic or via video consult — with Dr. Sunil Tank in Jaipur, India, along with an AI assistant that suggests suitable services and time slots.

The platform and AI assistant do not provide emergency care or a substitute for professional medical judgement. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately. AI suggestions are advisory and are always reviewed by a qualified physiotherapist.

• Service prices are shown at the time of booking and are payable in Indian Rupees.
• You may pay securely online or settle at the clinic.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other patients' appointments.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment in advance through your patient portal or by contacting the clinic. Refunds for prepaid sessions, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Please contact us for assistance with any billing issue.

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and symptoms.
• Keep your login details confidential and use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Follow the treatment plan and safety guidance provided by your physiotherapist.

Video consultations require a stable internet connection and a suitable device. We are not responsible for connectivity issues on your side. If a session cannot proceed due to a technical fault on our side, we will reschedule it at no extra cost.

All content, branding and software on the platform are owned by MyPhysioPoint or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPhysioPoint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
